@ai @coolboymew @hidden This sounds nice. But I would probably think more in the direction of slighly processing farm foods, for some flavor and durability. We don't really have a culture of fermented or preserved foods, since we have fresh food all year round due to no seasons. Besides, things are indeed improving, livelihood-wise, so people start looking for new flavors with their new income. It might be worth checking this out. I might consider doing doing a short-duration specialization on foods processing. I already have the basics down thanks to my degree, so this sounds more appealing :thinkbird:
