     Also the vampire castle thing is so true that's literally what so many people I know did. If you are having issues or not being woke enough in the minute you're out of the friend circle and you lose other fake friends at once. All that's made me want to do is bully them more.

     @errante that's what anarchism and rehabilitation would do, yeah - you'd talk to people around them, see what you can do. if ellenor doesn't trust you anymore, are you in a community with people they do trust, etc, etc. but you can't always be what someone needs, just through the internet

     surely you know the best way to like, deal with someone in a mental health crisis, is to NOT yell at everyone 'hey! this person is having a mental health crisis!' and then try and isolate them from community and support networks

     They did for a while. They lifted it now clearly since Errante can read posts from it.
     
     But someone I know was trying to federate with them and found out the admins were drinking the kool aid about "Pleroma bad" so he had to modify his instances user agent and suddenly it worked with instances he had issues federating with.

     @PhenomX6 @errante it really, really sucks and it's deeply unhealthy and i hope they figure out how to leave it. a friend that will drop you for using a word that you didn't know was a dog whistle - or because you're asking questions while learning about politics/the world, or because you acted inappropriately while having a mental health episode - isn't a friend at all, and when you're in a social environment that's only this sort of person, everyone ends up with brutal trust issues, paranoia, etc
