   @WashedOutGundamPilot Depends on their ethnic background. Are they Eastern European? They'll bring large cash gifts, but only if there's an open bar and lots of food. British? Then you're getting half a dozen gravy boats, so no need to splurge.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot My wedding was Romanian, most guests brought envelopes of cash, but only put them in the gift box at the end of the reception, after making sure they weren't getting shafted on food, booze, and music. I think Italians do fancy gifts though.
