As if you need another reason not to go out to eat.

@LouisConde I used to work at restaurants and let me tell you, a lot of times the lazy wagies just let the machine do the work and the quick dishwasher never actually rinses them properly. I've seen food debris still stuck after washes.

@SuperSnekFriend @LouisConde you should see how long shit isn't cleaned at fast food places. They let it break first in many cases.
-
@LouisConde One of the reasons for this is that industrial dishwaters are optimized for speed, rather than cleaning effectiveness and food safety. Many dishwashers also reuse much water for cost reduction, but that reused water often comes through a collection of garbage food and unfiltered and undrained chemicals in the collection bay that is seldomly cleaned for many hours, if not days. Yeah, I think the rinse water is heated and from the line, but still. :jahy_sick:

@PhenomX6 @LouisConde That's a common theme in all industry but the most virtuous, sadly.

@SuperSnekFriend @LouisConde well the thing here is too, they don't tell people how to clean it, nobody wants to try to mess with cleaning it, it's always "above my pay grade", and they'd rather call the guy to come out there to fix it who will tell them for the 300th time today you're a retard and you didn't clean it.

@PhenomX6 @LouisConde You don't even need to work at them to know, there's too many instances where I've had to wipe utensils at a restaurant either because there was still food crumbs stuck to it or water marks since they don't dry them properly either.
