     @RupertvonRipp Women and men socialized as females, if I had to guess. They like feeling like they’re a part of the tribe, they derive security and energy from being around all those people.

     Men prefer the comfort of solitude when working, lets us focus our energies on the task without having to waste mental CPU cycles on maintaining social posture
