   In other words, one of the subcommittees that has been telling USAID where to spend money.
   
   This is from 2014. Keep in mind USAID was paying for the protestors, 90% of the Ukrainian media, etc.

     @thefinn Ah, but I don't believe in democracy. They're throwing us a few bones right now, and one good thing for Europe is Trump is cutting and running from jewed Ukraine, but we never get much of what we really vote for.
