     Snow Shock had this guy:
     1. rides a motorcycle
     2. rides with a nuclear bomb
     3. has a deadman switch set to blow up the bomb
     4. rapes underaged girls
     5. feds can't do shit about him because of the bomb.
     
     he was a very fun self-insert kinda villain.
