Only 20 because I've been applying to internships and entry Level only. Most of these jobs require masters or PhD/ 2-3 years of industry experience.
Used to cater my resume to different jobs but stopped because I literally have no experience
and some jobs aren't even real.
I have like 2-3 premade resume for different job types (Data analyst, IT, Software engineering)
Only change my resume specifically for jobs that I know are real like retail

@Hyperhidrosis Guess thats fair, not everyone has useful work experience like I do. Just mentioning it because most places have an AI scrub your resume ahead of someone actually reading it to see how much your resume matches up with the job offer. At worst making sure your bullets use similar verbage can help give your resume a slight edge. -

@Meemoo @supersid333 @Hyperhidrosis @kilostere This literally happened to me, 10 months ago I applied, then after 8 months they responded and wanted me on 2 weeks of paid training. I did get a job at the end and got paid a decent chunk of change but it's definitely not enough to be independent as it's an on-call job with inconsistent hours and the company and the union is having a spat at this time so everything is going to shit. :mokou_lying: :gura_sus: 1e+6 litres :flag_china: and Meemoo like this. -
