     I'm not a huge fan of bacon grease. I do keep a tub of it though. I prefer beef grease myself. It just tastes better.

     I live on meat and grease. Grease is a totally under appreciated nutrient.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @coolboymew I started a diet on January 7, where in addition to making a raw vegan diet, I stopped eating all kinds of processed flours and sweets, the second month of the diet I started taking the mexican thistle and fat loss was faster than I expected, so that by April 24 I suspended my treatment of that herb.
     
     Since January until now, with this dietary discipline that I imposed on myself, I went from a size XL (size 42) to M (Size 35ish), without rebound or side effects that affect my health.
