I'm with you on that, there are better choices to be made, and there should be even more in the electric car segment
But some people get a car based on the qualities of the car, not a signal that they like the brand. Years ago, someone might have bought a Tesla based on the fact that it was a decent electric car. The could be still driving it past the point that Elon made his true character known.
I'm suggesting that someone that did that, and cannot, or will not, just ditch a car because the CEO has been shown to be bad, can still drive their car without endorsing it. (Or putting absurd stickers all over it)
