   I switched to using this palestinian soap for both hair and body, it's surprisingly good, especially my hair has become a lot better. it just doesn't smell like anything except vaguely like olives.

     @Clover yeah i felt that too and used conditioner for a while, but it seems to have stopped drying it out. My hair also stays clean longer, or at least looks like it.

     @lain my hair is very curly and hard to deal with, so overall I've switched to other stuff for it, but yeah, good that this is working for you :3
     
     also, generally speaking, making this is very simple, it's just a lye solution and and olive oil, fun chemistry experiment to do (eye protection required)

     Nice, just realised I watched a video on the factory which produces this ages ago. Check out Moroccan black soap if you need something which exfoliates skin. You should get a glove with it which helps to remove dead skin cells.
