   Mainly, stop the CIA from propping them up. That's the big one nobody seems to remember: the US created and sustains the cartels in order to flood the country with drugs for their evil schemes and profits.

     there is no possibility at all that the cartels would win against the US military, even with a highly restrictive ROE which probably will not be in place under hegseth
     
     the long term win against the cartels isn't killing them, it's destroying their ability to do business across our border. without income from drugs and human trafficking they will collapse on their own, but if the opportunity for big profit still exists there will always be more cockroaches
