Everything they message is copy-paste and most of the time they'll make fun of e-thots but then shower their digital women with absolute praise without any ability to notice their own hipocracy. Don't even get me started on their defense mechanisms for them. While with an ethot like pokimane you'll have things where they'll ban the word leafy to avoid critiques of "her majesty" in the main discord, if you dare question a vtuber with your real name fans go on a warpath for liferuination.

It has an amazing amount of translated titles for it, like four or 5 new homebrew games coming out every year, new engines being written for it, and the original titles that came for it are absolute classics. also the memory carts store a shit ton more than those small little ps1 carts ever did.

I got mine for like 10 bucks plus a controller off yahoo auctions and the modchip cost like only 20 bucks and you only need to solder like one wire. Theres a lotta interesting stuff for it that are super addictive. My personal fave right now is dungeon master nexus but they also recently in the past few years translated dracula x aka symphony of the night and apparently its supposed to be the definitive way to play it.

     The Dreamcast was the only Sega console I ever had, and I loved it. I'll never get over the fact that Sega surrendered the Console Wars after putting out a console that was a decade ahead of its time.

Sure there may have been a couple phantasy star players but I wouldnt be suprised if that was the main game of interest. Speaking of which, devs recently ported xash3d, the open source half life engine over to the dreamcast and also have gotten multiplayer working.

     they were playing hardball with EA on licensing fees.
     EA stopped making games for them exclusively and moved to microsoft and sony.

     imagine, no need to wait for a 37GB day one update to download, no need to fiddle with the graphics settings to make it look good but not lag, no need to install some launcher cause some publisher exclusive bs, no need to wonder if it'll run on your hardware because it will run perfectly fine on every xbox or playstation on the planet, you could buy a used game, you could sell or trade in a game you already played, you could borrow a game from a friend
