   Since I know some of you play PoE2, here's my character. Nalikit, the naughty little kitten.
   
   I just decided to go for the most comfy ice sorcerer possible, with ice bomb into ice walls and (buck) breaking any icicled boys. :akko_yay: Since I'm still pretty new to PoE, I'm just doing T11s for now, I have my 3rd ascension, but I'll go for the 4th soon.
   
   This'll be how I'll build her, if I do reach that point, I heard level 100 is a bit of a drag. :kekw:

     @Immahnoob nice. I am doing a spark Stormcaster build, but for the campaign using frost bomb and ice wall was just way easier, especially for bosses.

     Honestly, at first I wanted to do an ice/lightning hybrid, but then I saw that there's very little support for hybridization (for now), so I said, fuck it, I'll just go full ice, not like I've played ice mages that much in other games (only ice mage I remember playing was a Glaciana in Dragon Nest)
     
     Anyway, I've gotten into the APRG groove again. I'm thinking of seeing how far I can get the sorceress, but honestly, I think I can get her pretty far.
     People are pussies, I've done my ascension until the 3rd solo, and yet I see people carrying for that type of shit and getting carried. I've been warned not to do the 4th ascension by myself, but fuck that, I'll try it out. It's true she's not the fastest clearer ever, but eh, it is what it is, I will probably be able to do T15 if I'm careful even if she's slower than others.
     
     I'll do whatever shoots crossbows and throws a ton of grenades next after I'm done with my main character.

     @Immahnoob lightning is too slow at first, and doesn't scale well until you have the nodes with mana shit and archmage and whatnot. Frostbomb/Ice Wall are safer because you can just throw them at the boss and dodge the atacks and mechanics while they take effect.
     
     As for the solo/carry stuff, I have no idea because I'm antisocial and play SSF.

     @Suzu I wanted to try out the no trade mode, but no fucking way honestly.
     PoE isn't Grim Dawn, I'd be playing a single character for like 1000 hours and I wouldn't get any good gear for them 100%.
     
     I've been doing a shitton of content yet I haven't yet gotten a singular divine in 100 hours, like I get the enjoyment since that's how I played every other ARPG, but this is a seasonal ARPG, it resets. :kekw:
     
     But yeah, freeze is just free damage on the boss. The buildup will suck later on if you don't build around it though.

     @Suzu There was a single time I did a "ironman" run and it was on XCOM 1, and that'll never happen ever again, it just isn't for me. I've been playing Grim Dawn just like a SSF since when I made my character I pirated the game.
     Same with Last Epoch, although I dropped that piece of trash.
     
     PoE2 would be horrendous to play HC in, for sure. I died a few times in ways that just made no sense. I'd rather live with a little XP loss for maps than be actually dead dead after 100 hours of work in a character.

     @Immahnoob heh, I always played SSF, even in Grim Dawn or seasonal ARPGs like Last Epoch. It's neat because you learn to enjoy crafting items instead of just buying whatever you need. Granted, we have way less venues to craft cool items than we had in PoE1, but it's still neat.
     
     The only thing I'm not doing anymore is being a sweaty HC player. I used to play HCSSF until the last PoE1 league I played, which was 2 years ago or so, but completely gave up when I was playing the Last Epoch "mini season" that ran last August, because I got tired of bullshit one shots. There is no fucking way I'd play PoE2 in beta and with the "paradigm changes" in HC.

     @Immahnoob I enjoyed Last Epoch. It felt as a good middle ground between Diablo's retardness and PoE's autism.
     The craft system is also pretty neat, and makes playing SSF a very pleasant experience.
     
     The story was a bit so-so and all over the place, but the game was still enjoyable to play and I can see myself coming back every season to play for a bit.

     @Suzu Last Epoch felt very bootleg and unoriginal, and I hated how items worked.
     Then again, it's not like I like PoEs itemization necessarily, but it's still a better game to me.

     @Immahnoob oh, yeah. Trade league kinda sucks because of the bots and the spam in the chat.
     
     The community tends to be pretty nice, but it's hard to just rely on them being honest. The ideal is to check out poe.market for an item similar to the one you're selling to have a better idea of the actual value.

     @Suzu :kekw: I actually did undersell so much shit. Socket jewels for example, or some amulets. People obviously snatch deals, and that's fine, I do the same shit.
     
     I honestly understood prices better after I had to go through buying equipment of my own. If there's one thing I do not mind at all about "spoiling" myself in these type of games with is the modifiers, suffixes, prefixes etc that items can have or other weird unique modifiers that are poorly explained.
     
     When I looked for my equipment, the first thing I did was open up https://poe2db.tw/us/ and check every modifier that items can have and pick those I needed for my ice sorc. That's why I can even go through T13s so easily at the moment.
