   @randahl @dec23k I’m so confused. Mastodon and Meta are partners in the Social Web Foundation. So, surely, what Meta is doing can’t be that bad, can it?

     Mark Zuckerberg is turning Threads into a copy of Musk's X, by removing content restrictions, firing moderation teams and preventing what he now calls "censoring".

     At the same time he is already anticipating legal action from the EU, and wants to solve this by "[Working] with President Trump to push back against foreign governments".

     Mastodon is the last inclusive platform standing.
