     @SuperSnekFriend Honestly all these sites have always been subject to utterly confusing scoring and mostly awful opinions. I still stand by a numbered scoring system is a failure in media reviews, what is enjoyed and how it's enjoyed can vary so wildly from work to work that a numerical system holds no water.
     However anime list sites tend to always be full of the most petty, pedantic reviewers known to man. MAL of course is famous for being full of fags who refuse to accept that any show other than FMA could ever be good, but AniDB and AniList are equally subject to only ever getting scores and reviews from the types who only watch an anime because it was "the seasonal show." Case in point, The AniList overall rankings are filled with such great takes like Mushoku Tensei and Made in Abyss being ranked lower than Sword Art Online II and every single season of Boku no Hero Academia.

     @wgiwf @SuperSnekFriend True, normalfags do have disgusting taste at best. Even when they watch a series I'd consider decent, they have to watch it with awful dub and censored footage directly from crunchyroll/funimation.
     Anime list fags are a whole other level of garbage tastes though, because the average normie wont bother to make an account for much more than tracking what they've watched. The ones who put up reviews and scores usually seem like the type of people who cannot enjoy something for what it is. The pedantic kind of person you'd find on youtube 10 years ago who was clearly trying to riff off AVGN's popularity, but without the obvious goal and audience. :flan_yea: They also have a habit of always reviewing every single series with a 6-7 score if they don't actually know how they feel about it instead of trying to form an opinion, or just bandwagoning if there's a clear bias in the scores already.
