The general manager, who's also dating Shelly and is 10 years younger than her demands Gordon show him where the mouse was. He asks if it's been captured on film and says he thinks Ramsay brought the mouse with him.
Ramsay sees he's gonna have to break a buck so he asks the general manager to go to the back with him. On his way he asks a server when's the last time he saw a mouse at the restaurant. He says he never saw one... After Ramsay walks away, he adds something to the other staff... see picture #2
They go into the basement. What the manager doesn't know is that the Kitchen Nightmares staff sneaked in last night and hid a negro compliance engine for Gordon to use on him. Muffled screams are heard from the kitchen.

Ramsay teaches them how to make mac 'n cheese that's not revolting.
Shelly: "chef Ramsay has suggestions... I'm gonna try to be open minded... but... I DON'T KNOW..."

Anyway, they go ahead with the renovation. Everyone's happy. Shelly hugs Ramsay and he makes a joke about stealing her from James, the boyfriend whom he buck-broke earlier. James looks on as he's cucked.
Later, Gordon reveals the new menu. A lot of "Southern" food, it seems. The staff is awe-struck at the sight of real food, brought to them by the White man who colonised their kitchen.

Shelly tries firing Dwayne the server, but Gordon stops it. She's still offended at the server for daring offer criticism. Then, her mother starts pointing out she needs to stop being retarded or the restaurant will close. So far, she's been the most aware character on the episode. Shelly begrudgingly accepts that change is needed.
Later, Ramsay shows them he had his staff bring in new kitchen a friers to properly cook the food. The mother, who bakes the cakes, is ecstatic. Shelly immediately asks, concerned, "is the wok gone?" Ramsay says there's no way in hell they'll move forward cooking with a Chinese wok. :doge_laugh:

After a thorough buck-breaking session, Gordon emerges from the basement with James the manager. He tells the entire staff about the mouse, but Shelly assumes he brought the mouse "for TV". With barely-contained rage, Ramsay tells them he's not gonna take shit from them. She gets offended and is ready to leave, but her mother intervenes. James looks on, a broken negro, unable to stand up for his woman. Racism wins again.
He legit apologises to Ramsay. :laugh_evil: Gordon broke that buck for real. :bluedoggo :

Service takes place. A lot of customers looking disgusted. Shelly is overbearing. The cooks complain that the ovens and kitchen are broken and have to cook pretty much everything in a wok.
Staff meeting the next day. Gordon asks the staff what the problems are. A lot revolves around Shelly being overbearing. She doesn't like any of it, but finally snaps when the waiter, walking on egg shells, tries to give some constructive criticism. "I think you talk too much".
Gordon covers his eyes, trying to focus his vril on making all niggers disappear; but it seems this Hyperborean still has a long road ahead of himself before he can will niggers out of existence with his mind. With renewed resolve, he gets back to work.
"You! It's your turn on the negro compliance engine. Let's go."

I still have no idea what's going on with this dude. At first I thought he had a hair net on, but it's clearly his hair wrapping around his head somehow. WTF is this? I had never seen this hair... thing.
Gordon has another moment of realisation that he's been surrounded by niggers for days and hasn't lynched a single one yet. "Maybe just one before the episode is over... Just to assert dominance", he ponders.

During the service, Shelly tries letting the sous chef do his job, as prescribed by Ramsay, but eventually starts interfering and, when called out on it, gets offended and leaves altogether.
But with the direction of the White man and his novel system of "discipline", the kitchen continues to run perfectly. Even better with her absence.
Afterwards Ramsay gets everyone together to go over the night's service, but Shelly is missing. She's in her office. Gordon goes get her and she leaves through a secondary door. "Shelly, c'mon, no need to make yourself look more stupid". :laughingatyou : But she leaves anyway.
From the front, one of the staff yells "leave her, we don't need her!" And now, the staff begin to get socialist ideas about overthrowing the owner. Gordon has made a mistake somewhere; but there's no time to correct it. The staff goes to Shelly's office, to where she has returned, and they start arguing that she needs to go to the front. She doesn't care about anyone and is throwing a temper tantrum. Gordon tries to remove his eyes with his hands; he has seen enough niggers for one lifetime.

@Rasterman The mother is such an Uncle Ruckus, she stops just short of calling Gordon a god.

Shelly mentally regressed into the state of a baby and nothing they could do made her return to the front of the restaurant. Meanwhile, her mother keeps thanking Gordon for his help. Said throughout the episode that she prayed for his help and now thinks he's an angel.

Everyone starts applauding him as he ascends back to heaven whence he came.
But before leaving, Gordon goes yet again to Shelly's office. Now partially revealing his god-like appearance, his face can no longer be easily discerned. He tells her she's possessed by dæmons that turn people into blithering idiots, but God has called him back to his plane of existence so he unfortunately can't stay to exorcise her right now. No one knows what will happen to this restaurant with a retarded dæmon in charge.
