     Honestly it was the only anime style show from America that ever had success. The oldheads may remember Aeon Flux on MTV's Liquid Television as being an honorable mention.

     Could you elaborate on Avatar the last Airbender? I thought it pushed the idea that many traits are genetic and immutable (bending is inherited).

     It was different time my fren... the 90's had no rules, but the animation was definitely anime inspired.
