     @Ronnie21093 @ninja8tyu Knowing of a crime and not reporting it is also a crime, and you get in huge trouble for the bigger crimes as well. So if any law was broken and they kept it a secret, they'd be liable as well.
     
     So that's why we can assume it wasn't minor-related. It's very easy to make someone liable for that.
