@RustyCrab @vertka it's never going away until programmers make less money because the actual reason for it was people pissed that women and minorities weren't getting these well paid jobs

@sun @vertka the fact that many programmers are unemployable now should average into their salary, so I'd say that's already happening. I would strongly advise anybody and everybody against going into CS these days if only because of the Indian menace.

@vertka given the state of the job market I'm not too upset by this. The "everyone should learn to code" brain virus was one of the biggest mistakes we made as a civilization. It turned what should have been a sustainable living into a bubble that's now popped and a recognizable talent pool into a swamp where it's impossible to discern the passionate from the scammers.
