     Borat is cartoonishly racist in a way that legitimately punches down. Kazakhstan never makes any headlines outside of Borat, despite being a decently-sized country, because it is actually a relatively chill and moderate Muslim country, yet it gets smeared by a Hollywood Jew before a worldwide audience.
