   @PhoBingas I had a scorching hot take that the British sending Depleted uranium weapons to the Ukrainians was evil and using it should be a war crime like agent orange, because of all of the horrible side effects it will have, and the ukraboos, NAFOs and vets got mad as fuck about it.
   
   And then they started saying shit like depleted means no radiation and that it wasn't toxic, and I lost my shit, pulled out my radiation safety book and started explaining to them why they're fucking retarded

     @GatorTime @PhoBingas And IIRC 300 tons was how much they dumped on iraq in 1991, in the span of like, a week. That did a lot of funky birth defects, cancer, & damage to the ecology that they only barely started studying right around the 2nd Iraq war when they went back to pretending depleted uranium was no more harmful than corn starch
