     @hanno thanks. the issue was the charger that was not cleared for EU import. they're saying that CS support had reached out to you about that a longer time ago, did you ever get that email?

     Great news, the Pocket arrived today! 🥳

     It was a joy to unpack -- until I realized they shipped the wrong one: this one is black while I ordered the purple 😣

     Got in touch with CS support and hope they can solve this quickly.

     Don't think I would usually care so much about the color of things but this is a *purple* computer we talk about! 😹

     That does say Hyper Black but I didn't notice the sticker before opening the box.. 😞
