     @WashedOutGundamPilot They can’t keep taking these losses though. Warner Brothers for example is something like 60 billion in debt, and needed corporate restructuring just to survive

     @DW2 This movie only grossed 65 mil worldwide in it's opening weekend, but the audience reviews are still very positive. It seems people still want to watch this shit, but they don't want to pay for it. Or they just figure it'll be on HBO Max in a month or two.

     @coolboymew @DW2 I've been checked out of superhero movies since Endgame, which I didn't even like that much. I did torrent the new Thor out of boredom, got about halfway through and deleted it from my hard drive. The studios have no passion for their productions anymore, all the CGI looks incredibly dated, all the dialogue is horrible Joss Whedon-esque quips and all the characters are one dimensions diversity plugs. I'll just stick to Ryan Gosling movies from now on.

     @coolboymew @DW2 Some of the Marvel movies are good, at best they're a fun distraction, at worst they're cynical propaganda. I can understand why some people were so obsessed with them, but I've never been a big comic book guy except for Batman when I was younger, so I can't relate.

     I always cry when I watch Sam Raimi's spider-man 2, that scene when Spider-man stops train , people carefully moves peter in train hand by hand, even me as Japanese could understand that so symbolistic moment.
