   @FourOh-LLC if you scale it down to a family level, maybe a small to medium size tribe, sure. That's kinda how a normal family works. Not if you want to implement it as a political system for a whole damn county

     Essentially this, you need a group small enough that they can all agree on both WHAT to do and HOW to do it. This is usually only possible on extremely small scale
