@Hyperhidrosis @matty @Hoss This and just eat once a day. I find it basically impossible to eat 2000cal in one shot. I’ve been doing proper omad for about 3 mo (and something close to it for about 4mo before that) and I’m down about 25lbs. Eat whatever I like and cook at home.
