     @Twoinchdestroya @LorgarAurelian1488 Helps to consider “dad bod” to be more like a strongman, where he’s muscly with some blubber on it, with that barrel chest you get from lots of heavy unaesthetic core lifting.

     Never really see the soft, chubby types get much play

     @Twoinchdestroya @WashedOutGundamPilot @LorgarAurelian1488 Look at videos of the Russian fighters. Practically none of them is male model skinny, or body builder defined. They all have some fat on. They sill fight good. Some fat on functional muscles is the normal male body for most of history, especially on northern latitudes.

     @Bro-Drillard @WashedOutGundamPilot @LorgarAurelian1488 No one needs to be at single digit bodyfat, 12-15% is generally the sweet spot for performance and aesthetics.

     I just want to get shredded once for the fun of it.
