@PublicLewdness however I suspect there are lots of okay jobs with okay pay that are going unfilled because companies have no idea how to advertise properly
there's been a huge disconnect between employers and job seekers for pretty much as long as I can remember. I suspect there's an entire ecosystem of clueless consultants getting rich off the problem while actively making it worse

@PublicLewdness what I see here is a shitload of job listings saying in essence "you need to have already had this exact job before" and offering about $15-17 an hour

My warehouse is out back fellating anybody with functioning limbs and a room temperature IQ to be hired starting at $20/hr. Standards have dropped huge the last couple years here.

also 2-3 years experience required always, maybe a cert, but usually the experience. And it has to be at a job, it can't be at home learning stuff.
