   What isn't said in the 4chan post is that houses like this likely have extensive water and/or mold damage inside and are probably more cost effective to tear down than repair. That's not to say that the property isn't worth it, but that these things aren't trivial.

     Anybody who has ever dealt with bedbugs knows you wouldn't get within 10 feet of that mattress without a flamethrower.

     @NitroDubs @mangeurdenuage If there's an old mattress on the porch in the listing picture, the inside is a guaranteed nightmare.
