     @sickburnbro @DW2 @ColonReport I tend to believe anything that says women are taking over at work or school. Supposedly our college was like, 35% male but that was the guys who started the year, they didn’t count the guys who stuck through to the end. On campus, it looked like 70%+ most of the time.

     Dealing with hiring I’ve found most just prefer to hire women for all non-technical, soft work. Boomers just LOVE playing into the system and “liberating” the womenfolk.

You're correct that they're concentrated in non-technical roles, they are considered to have better people skills and so are the client-facing positions normally. But anytime there is a real problem, it requires pulling the tech guys in.
     
     Technical women do exist but are rare. And the male management are only focused on their local scope of responsibility. They either don't understand or won't say publicly that in the big picture diversity is a bad thing. All of the higher paid people are constantly cleaning up the mess made by diversity. The overseas people are especially helpless, which is built into their contract on top of being an idpol issue.

     @Senator_Armstrong @ColonReport @DW2 @sickburnbro We aren’t a tech thing, so we’re sitting on both extremes - operations, filled with dudes (many ex-mil), and sales, marketing, fluff which is all women. And, since the biggest boomer in the room has a foreign trophy wife (maybe another partner too) they tend to prioritize strange women with sob stories who inevitably ghost us abruptly after a quarter of pay.

"They say they want to have kids and she froze her eggs, but I wouldn't eat a frozen egg, so the idea of successfully fertilizing a thawed out 15 year old egg doesn't seem feasible." I explained that success rates are abysmal and the purpose of that technology was never to succeed but to get generations of White women to not have children. They knew that I was right immediately
     
     * When I say "not all boomers" I mean them only, they're great and I love them very much
