   @sun @feld Every piece of fedi software does it differently, pleromer puts them in nodeinfo and /api/v1/instance, mastodon and gts on different separate endpoints, pisskey does the pisskey thing of making one do a dozen POST requests.

     @mint @sun Yeah I just want ONE endpoint that uses custom HTTP response codes to indicate if your federation is in good standing, and it should be rate limited to like 1 check per 5 mins
