   A historical whitepill: In the late part of the Roman Empire, Rome was browned by immigrants, but said immigrants frequently didn't reproduce, and the nation whitened after the fall of the empire as the white rural areas procreated while urbanites did not. There is historical precedent for believing there is hope.

     Already fading, and within a couple centuries, it was the land of lasagna and failed government.
