Fuck off you pretentious nigger, basing the temperature around when water freezes is valuable
-
@WoodshopHandman I'm not gonna stand for any Yank calling Celsius measurements "abstract nonsense" when they need Fahrenheit to communicate a "hot summer day" how bout you look outside nigger
-
@weaf >local jew saying that we should use metric (gay) over imperial (based)
-
@weaf mm yes, 100C - water boils ... at standard temperature and pressure that very few people actually live at, yes yes.
No it's gay science nerd shit. And worse yet it's like midwit science nerd shit.
-
@sickburnbro Curious how you went right around my point of when water freezes. Maybe if Americans would adopt it they wouldn't suffer a Holofrost every year.
-
@PunishedD @weaf And right in the middle we have 50 degrees, the perfect temperature, where you go outside in a T-shirt and jeans like God intended.
-
@WoodshopHandman @PunishedD >10 degrees Celsius
>T-shirt weather
-
@weaf I'm not gonna stand for any science dweeb calling Fahrenheit measurements "yank nonsense" when they need celsius to communicate "water is boiling or frozen" how bout you look at steam or ice nigger
-
@WoodshopHandman @weaf 100 F is a fever that requires isolation. 0 F is frozen brine, which means you shouldn't go out fishing today.
Faggots in laboratories whining about exact measurements can go shove a standard meter platinum rod where the Imperial sun don't shine.
-
@weaf how is it valuable to base temperature on (((water freezes)))?
compared to fahrenheit's obvious superiority of not needing negative values?
-
@mac_ack Weather, road conditions, agriculture, etc
-
@mac_ack That's not very relevant since Fahrenheit does have a negative scale and weather conditions do reach negative Farenheit regularly
-
@weaf people using Fahrenheit also know the temperature water freezes at.
Weather is measured in F on a 0 to 100 scale which makes it superior to C for weather measuring.
