     @mia @sally moderation UIs fall apart pretty fast at 40TB of data and 1M+ files so i just use layers of security at the point of upload and assume it's ok if it makes it through it's fine vs. fiddling around with everyone's files
     
     i used to have a tiling imagemagick web gallery that would thumbnail videos and images in the pomf directories way back when I wasn't pushing 3gbit constantly

     @7666 Pomf server doesn't like being fed data it can't recognize/parse as meaningful for whatever reason.

     @sally @7666 0x0.st accepts anything except for the blacklisted MIME types listed on the homepage
     
     i don’t need to be overzealous about rejecting uploads based on type/content because i have a pretty good moderation UI (which i plan to extend with more features soonish)
