   It's the exact same tactic they use, on top of the media and etc. If any """chuds""" were involved you'd quickly have about two dozen articles on it by various outlets. What do we have at best? That website? The curator? Actual word of mouth from people who actually buy games? Fuck that, nowhere near even an equivalency. I'm kinda sick and tired of the supposed "playing fair" when they never played fair and we don't even have anywhere near an equivalent still in the first place

     but the chvd games still sell tho, despite or more often then not because of negative coverage.
     Kingdom Come sold well, Ancestors Legacy sold ok, Wukong sold huge and is still quite new.
     Why do Gamer Gaters always try to outdo libs in oppression olympics?
     Failed californian hollywood writers craft their games, chvds craft theirs, both sell to a public mostly interested in gameplay anyway and fail or succeed on this merit

     Yes, capitalism greatly reduces the potential of games. Sony's prudence, sure, it's quintessentially corporate, but why don't GamerGaters ever show interest in how 20 years ago 30 year old white guy protagonist was a defacto law for games? Why don't they question why military shooters that show the soviet union or cuba favourably are (still!) unfundable? They only want their ideology in games, they want to "win", not a healthy medium
