   @PurpCat @WandererUber @neo Are there examples of other companies doing this besides IBM because there is literally no point in going after employees doing personal projects unless the project in question is in competition with your product (e.g working on ReactOS while working for Microsoft).

     Just step down from the project after the letter and then "someone else" picks it up under pseudonym. That way you get the notoriety if you're really hurting for a job and also you can fuck a big corporation up the ass still and they can't do anything about it.
