First sold in March 2022 to a "local investment group" under NDA. The church was approached by the group. The group planned massive $22 million renovations to be done "with respect", removing statues and religious artifacts but keeping the pews. Hmmm.

In November of the same year, the property was sold to the Islamic group Buffalo Crescent Holdings for a measly $250,000.

And then this year the faculties themselves sold for $2 million to Albany Herkimer Campus LLC, an affiliate of developer Faizan Haq.
