     @ForbiddenDreamer @d0c40r0 This reminds me of finding out the very unfortunate and brown state of wikipedia: Evidently there's a trove of "educational" sex videos that ....well someone uses it for jacking off because the kids were passing it around at school.

     Wasn't standard wikipedia, it was something like Simple English wiki, which is their Voice of America CIA arm type o' thing. It just seemed very insidious because it was a full page of some frumpy onlyfans couple "demonstrating positions" for "education" but then half the collection turns into the world of man-on-man sodomy. Like you really need a 9 minute creative commons video to understand what "heterosexual missionary+creampie" means.

     Just a little horror of the modern world, because most schools and filters don't know to block wikipedia there, but I think all those things are designed to leak so kids can be exposed to propaganda anyways.

Everyone will roll their eyes and ask "how in the HELL do you know all this gross stuff?" but then when they come over to unbrick the family laptop I'm the only one willing to comb through and tell them their kids are getting groomed

     Millennials got to bridge the gap, we're smarter than both sides of us in tech so we're the only ones that can find the rot while it's small

     @d0c40r0 @ForbiddenDreamer Yeah, but the game is okay. I respect it. It's how vice works. Outwardly rejected, scorned, and stigmatized. But you'll never entirely stamp it out.

     I know they'll get workarounds - any kid will get free phones from their friends' castoffs, but you CAN keep them off the internet at the right times. Lots of kids helps minimize their solitude too, so they can't split off to download a gb of fart porn on their own.

     I'm realistic about it, but I'm going to do everything I can to keep their brains nice and clean in the formative years. Not going to let them see too much titillating media unless it's got a healthy family building component. Definitely no anime either, I suspect it messes with the facial processing part of the brain, makes it harder to like real women if you're hyperstimulated while forming

     restricted internet access but I was smart enough to find all the ways to get around it and too retarded to realize it was frying my brain
     
     my kids will not have those same opportunities as I did
