     That's because they never found who did it, the one time they did it was literally dumb criminals who wanted to take out the power grid to rob some place.

     What I think will happen more likely is they'll start putting barriers up, kind of like the "diversity barriers" in major European cities, Germany, and the like after vehicle of peace attacks.

     @PhenomX6 im pretty sure they plan to use them as a scape got with there fed plants inside of it doing the provocation and using that to tighten down on right wingers and push through some form of gun control at worse it might be martial law
