   I was looking for a different poast but this reminds me:

   I've had 3 exes that were propositioned to star in porno, and that was in the aughts to teens. I don't know if it's drawn back a little bit, but it seemed like every dang woman who'd go to the mall, or even just walk around downtown would have some pervert follow her and try to pass his card so they could "model".

   All it takes is for them to get pulled in to "model" something and the guy offers them drugs to help them not be "nervous" and then it's off to the races. That old Girlsdoporn lawsuit had some info about the process, the girls acted like they had no idea what they were in for when they flew out to "model", like there's a single place in the nation that can't get a hold of a 6/10 girl to wear a sweater for some catalog pics

     @Remi But seeing this comment made me think about a convo we had w/ the girl cousins - someone made a joke about strangers in vans and they laughed at me when I warned them about "talent scouts" as if I were a doddering old man

     They're on guard already, which is good to hear. I'm not sure what changed, the internet is much more well known, it's like girls are in battle footing today, they know about the predation, where 10 years ago they'd scoff at you for trying to warn them about a world of grifts and predators

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @Remi This happened to a male fren of mine a few years back at the gym, funniest thing was he didn't put 2 and 2 together until we talked about it when we were playing Warhammer (me him and a few others in the call) (They didn't outright say it was porn, so he just heard go to a place and film for $100 that weekend)

     @doonxib @WashedOutGundamPilot @Remi Tisms me thinks, Another funny story would be the time he fallen and got a concussion, and was clearly out of it all day, now said fren is Canadian which is kind of important for this next part, a then mural of ours (He's the only one from this group I'm still gamin' with) had to fucking forbid him from playing the final game of our 40k campaign which we were doing to get him to go to the ER as he was refusing to go as he wanted to play it out.
