     @nicholas I was looking at resistance bands but I decided they wouldn't be that useful without something solid to attach them to and the whole doorframe thing seems kinda jank, and frankly doesn't work that well with my layout.
     
     $1000 of gear would be a bench/dip station and maybe even something larger/multipurpose that includes a pull-up bar so I can stop being worried about my door-frame one. That along with a set of weights. Maybe buy some interlocking mats to go over the laminate floor.
