@deprecated_ii @teto testifying this is true yes. Or at least I got responses overseas. I was told by an Indeed employee that the situation in the US is pretty simple:
- employers post job offerings
- white and brown employees turn in resume to recruiter firms
- recruiter firms accept resumes, throw the white ones in the trash and deliver the brown ones to employers
end result: whites complain that no one is hiring despite stellar qualifications. Employers complain no one is qualified. The solution is you have to bypass US recruitment firms.
