That document is apparently "9 myths of the tuskegee airmen". It's made by the college but predates the hysteria of recent years by a little bit, and should be a fairly even-handed recounting of how they fit into the overall kill tallies. It actually touches on the ROE everyone had in comparison, which is a good point to touch on in terms of escorts.
