     I just found out that my apartment I live in has been stuck in probate court for the last four years I’ve lived in it. It looks like it’s gonna go on sale in about 90 days.
     Do you guys wanna buy it as an investment group?

     @Jonny @dcc @Owl @Scot_Paladin @matty @madonline so your request is to buy commercial real estate in one of the most overvalued markets, at the hight of the largest real estate bubble on record. while interest rate are the highest they've been in 20 years...? Even if 10 people throw 10K each. That would Leverage out to about 1.4 mil. What in Honolulu is under 1.5 mil.
