     @AmericanChampion @shedinja I didn't convey that he made it sound like that's ALL he's eating, like a hybrid cut phase

     We were talking about keeping the pantry empty when you're slimming down, it's the only way to be totally sure when you're not the only one in the home

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @shedinja A third of that, if he's spreading it over three days. 1.5k calories a day is below what a decently active guy would be eating.
