     @d0c40r0 You'll really love it when the dumb kids can't figure out how to fill out their paperwork, and you end up having to be the go-between for a tech-illiterate kid and a boomer as they both blame YOU for their failures

     (also some schools won't even pay you because they supposedly can't bill for you so that's real fun, spending saturday watching them do a checkride for free)

     @xenodemon @d0c40r0 Worst of both worlds. When you have a student getting ready for a check ride, the kid is supposed to be capable of using a US gov website (90's web design) and having his inscrutable, complex legal documentation 100% perfect

     If he makes mistakes, you're reliant upon a 74 yo FAA contractor to be able to navigate that system to accept changes - and he will NOT let you just do it because "legally that's MY login information I can't let you use it!!!!"
