     Yeah I just used to go to one because $10 a month is essentially nothing and I was living in a 200 square foot apartment so my own setup wasn't happening. Not ideal, obviously, but better than nothing.

     pretty much. it's also useful to have a membership if you are taking a road trip and want to be able to shower regularly without paying for hotels.

     no i mean like when you are sleeping in a camper but still want a hot shower and it's 15-20$ a month for the privilege instead of 80-120$ a night and you also have the option of getting a workout in.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @dew_the_dew @KashKustomer @duke For hobo life having one of those 5 gallon solar shower bags is really nice. Grab water from a hose bib (always carry a sillcock key) or from a stream, take back to your hideout and have warm water enough for washing in a few hours.

     @WashedOutGundamPilot @dew_the_dew @KashKustomer @duke For van life there are a lot of neat options simply because you have a portable enclosed space and a big prime mover that makes heat. All you need is a water to water heat exchanger that can be fabricated from plumbing section of a home depot.
     
     For hoboing you're limited to what can fit into a medium backpack and maybe a 2.5-5gal pail. your camps end up being whatever ravines or abandoned structures that are close enough to the rail yard.

     @DemonSixOne @dew_the_dew @KashKustomer @duke I’ve only ever done it for work, so I have to hew to civilized areas. Places are REAL touchy about it. You’re basically a gypsy, and wherever they tolerate you, they fear more will follow. I always thought it would be cool to make a company truck so you could park anywhere and make it look real, like you’re out on a call, just put on a reflective vest and a faux name tag and you can part right in the fire lane to do your shopping
