   Got a new bum in town walking around harassing people. First time I saw him the other day he told me to go fuck myself and motioned like he was going to come at me because I wouldn't give him quarters. Just got approached by him again near the train station and told him to piss off. It'd be nice if the cops could do the one single thing they're actually useful for and send this loser packing.
