there are people dying of cancer in the hospital too.

@sickburnbro @Vulpes_Quartus Nigger residents are simply baited into threats of physical violence or actual acts of such. That speeds up the firing process considerably.
Poojeets are fired because they can't help lying or falsifying medical documentation (also speeds up the process)

@TrevorGoodchild @Vulpes_Quartus I have some bad news - they are turbocharging the DEI at my local prestigious teaching hospital, and the bugmen blacks aren't as baitable with violence. But they are still similarly impenetrable by evidence of their failures.
-
@Vulpes_Quartus Since firing a resident requires an enormous amount of paperwork and a constant series of documented fuckups most residency programs find it much easier to psychologically torture the ones who obviously don't have what it takes until they quit or change residencies
-
@TrevorGoodchild @Vulpes_Quartus the problem is that only works on white and asian people.
-
@TrevorGoodchild @AmonMaritza Man goes to the doctor, is feeling depressed. Doctor says, "Cancer ward is on next floor. Many people dying of terrible disease. Visit and your depression will be cured." And it worked!

@dogslurp @AmonMaritza Famous quote from a hardcase chief resident towards one of his juniors that was being a whiny bitch:
"You chose to be here. The patients chose nothing. They wanted to be with their families. Stop crying."
-
Just reminds me of one night dealing with an system issue at one of the sites, one of the residents was on night shift at the ICU, dude codes and this bitch starts crying and runs off to the break room and hides under a desk. I had no clue when she ran past me hyperventilating. The attending told her she didn't belong there, that was a fun one to hear almost as it was happening.

@sickburnbro @Vulpes_Quartus Fortunately even if they get passed through they still have a permanent marker of their incompetence (their skin color)
