     You have constrants that you can't work outside of because of that form factor. That is one of the smallest coolers Noctua offers and you have a processor according to intel uses 125W tdp. Noctua's recommendation is go no higher than 65W. https://noctua.at/en/nh_l9i_tdp_guidelines

     There's a 10 core i5-14400F that would probably be a better fit. Unless you are going to under clock or delid that 14 core.
